Max Volume Booster - Loud Bass (the "Application") is a local-only audio player utility for iOS focused on volume amplification and enhanced audio playback. It is provided by Manas Protim Das (the "Service Provider") as a freemium service, intended for use "AS IS".
This privacy policy applies to Volume Booster distributed through the Apple App Store.

1. Information Collection and Use
Max Volume Booster does not collect, store, or transmit personal data to external servers.
All data generated by the Application—including settings, preferences, equalizer configurations, and any locally created app state—is stored only on your device using Apple's local storage technologies.
- No Account Required: Volume Booster does not require registration, login, or personally identifiable information to function.
- No Analytics or Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not collect your IP address, device identifier, usage patterns, or other telemetry.
- No Cloud Syncing: Your data is not uploaded to any server.
- No Cookies: The Application does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
2. Media Library and File Access
Max Volume Booster requests access to your device's Music Library and local files so the Application can perform its core audio playback features.
- Purpose: Media library and file access are used only to load and play audio files you select. The Application supports MP3, M4A, WAV, FLAC, and AIFF formats.
- Local Processing: All audio processing—including volume amplification, EQ, bass enhancement, and speed/pitch control—is performed entirely on-device.
- No Audio Transmission: Your audio files and music library content are never uploaded to or shared with any external server.
- No File Storage of Third-Party Content: The Application does not copy or duplicate your audio files. It accesses them in place using secure bookmarks stored locally on your device.
- DRM-Protected Content: The Application cannot play DRM-protected Apple Music streaming tracks, as access to such content is restricted by Apple.
- Permission Control: You can grant or revoke Music Library access at any time in your device settings under Privacy & Security → Media & Apple Music.
3. Background Audio Playback
The Application uses iOS background audio mode to allow music to continue playing when the screen is locked or you switch to another app. No additional data is collected or transmitted during background playback.
4. Payments and Premium Features
Volume Booster may offer optional premium features via in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit.
- All payment transactions are handled entirely by Apple.
- The Service Provider does not receive your credit card details, billing address, or Apple ID.
- Purchase and subscription information is governed by Apple's privacy terms.
5. Third-Party Services
The Application does not share, sell, or transmit any user data to third parties.
- No third-party SDKs, ad networks, or analytics services are integrated into the Application.
- No data is shared with third-party AI services.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Since application data is stored locally on your device:
- Retention: Data remains on your device for as long as the Application is installed.
- Deletion: You can delete all application data by uninstalling the app or using any reset options built into the Application.
- No data remains on external servers because none is transmitted.
7. Your Rights
You have full control over the data stored on your device:
- Access: Any app data that exists locally is available within the Application.
- Deletion: You may uninstall the Application or use in-app reset options to remove local data.
- Portability: Because the Application stores data locally, it remains under your control on your device.
Since the Service Provider does not collect data on a server, there is no server-side data to request, correct, or delete.
8. Children's Privacy
Volume Booster does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

9. Security
The Application relies on Apple's platform security and sandboxing to help protect your data.
- The Application does not intentionally make network connections to transmit user data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating this page with a new effective date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
